This Privacy Policy (collectively, “This Policy”) sets out Hong Kong Mall (collectively, “HKMall”, “we”, “us” “our” or “platform”) obligations in line with the latest General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25 May 2018 and explain how we collect and process personal data in connection with your relationship with us as customer or potential customer. 1 Personal information including payment information you give us when you register or purchase through our platform;

Shopping / Order Information

1 When you shop on HKMall, we require you to provide certain information such as contact phone number, email, credit card information, and shipping address, to process your order and notify you of the delivery status of your ordered products.

2 Your name, billing address, delivery address, email address and phone number are collected upon you place your order. We are necessary to effect delivery of the products that you order and to contact you if necessary. Your order details are kept in our database for our record only;

3 If you purchase any products in our platform, customer and order information will also be provided into HKMall database for the purpose of completing the sale. This information will be kept secure and handled according to the GDPR and HKMall Privacy Policy;

4 If you have registered as a member, you can change or delete these details at any time by logging in using your email address and password to modify.

Your rights

1 We use emails or mobile phone number to communicate news and promotions to you. If you wish to opt out of receiving emails or whatsapp message from us for news and promotions, please click the “unsubscribe” in every message.
